- Updating all records of purchased products.
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

- Strong negotiating skills to get the best prices and terms from suppliers, ensuring the company’s profit margin is maximized.
- Good attention to detail to review and evaluate purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams, and to clearly articulate the company’s needs.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and dealing with changing priorities.
- Problem-solving skills to efficiently identify and resolve issues that arise during the purchasing process.
