Job Scope
- To identify and develop new business opportunities through sourcing, negotiating and winning channel partners to generate effective revenue and profits.
- Drive sales through channel partners to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's market reach.
- Proactively develop and manage channel partners to grow and develop business relationship and business opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions and webinars for channel partners to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our products.
- To establish and maintain good working relationships with channel partners and personnel within the organization.
- Recommend and execute joint activities with channel partners in support of business/sales/marketing objectives and targets.
- Generate sales for product to achieve assigned sales targets
- Manage enquiries, feedback and any other sales/operational issues.
Requirements
- Local Diploma/Degree holders
- At least 1 year of sales working experience in the I.T Distributor space.
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Result-oriented, sociable, self-motivated, enjoying meeting new people and cultivating business relationship and rapport.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
