- Handle and process sales quotations, customer’s purchase order and maintenance complaints.
- Work with the warehouse and store for the spare-parts coordinate on delivery schedule.
- Liaison with customer through email and phone call on delivery schedule.
- Provide pre and post sales service to maintain good working relationship with customers, fluent Chinese speaking and writing is preferred.
- Monitor and assist the account department.
