About the Company:

Their products serve a wide range of industries including electronics, construction, and automotive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily production processes to meet output and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and minimize equipment downtime.
- Actively participate in daily production tasks, including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Step in for operators when necessary to ensure smooth production flow.
- Conduct inspections, calibrations, and adjustments on machinery.
- Collect and analyze production data, prepare performance reports, and document production logs.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments and support operator training.
- Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and cost savings.
- Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
- Background in adhesive, paint, or chemical industry will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
