Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm/ Saturday, 8:00am – 12:00pm (5.5 days)
Salary: Up to $4,500
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise factory fabrication activities for skid systems and piping works.
- Prepare and monitor production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Oversee quality control processes, including material checks, dimensional verification, welding inspections, torque testing, and final product validation.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards before shipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to support smooth project execution.
- Handle material requisitions based on Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure timely supply.
- Uphold safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and factory performance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience in production or fabrication. (on job training will be provided)
- Familiar with QA/QC processes and industry standards.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
