Your Core Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery to meet output and quality targets
- Monitor machine performance and identify early signs of faults
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic problems with confidence
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
- Inspect finished output and fine-tune machines to maintain consistency
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machine troubleshooting or maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable with either rotating or fixed shifts
- Proactive, hands-on, and committed to continual improvement
Shift Options That Work for You
We understand that flexibility matters. Choose from:
- Day Shift : 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Night Shift : 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
- Flexible Work Week : 4, 5, or 6 days/week
- Paid breaks: 1 meal break + 2 tea breaks daily
What You’ll Get
- Gross Monthly Salary : From $2,300 up to $4,300++ (with OT & fixed allowances)
- Monthly Allowances :
