- To coordinate senior care programmes and manager daily administrative tasks at our Senior Care Centre
- To plan and run daily activities for seniors to promote physical, mental and social wellness
- To coordinate with staffs, volunteers, and vendors to execute programmes
- To maintain attendance records, reports and client documentation
- To manage registration, billing support, and general admin tasks
- To liaise with families and caregivers, addressing client needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Healthcare, Social Work, or related field
- Min 1 to 2 years experience in eldercare or programme/ admin roles
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
