Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 8 years of experience in data analysis, building cross-organizational processes, addressing and solving problems, or business development.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to influence without authority, working with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical and product concepts to appropriate audiences.

- Work with the leadership across App Ads, Play, other Ads teams, and cross-functional stakeholders on key App Ads initiatives, including representing App Ads product and engineering priorities to other teams.
- Define and execute road-map by developing a portfolio of projects that aligns with team capabilities and business objective.
- Establish the necessary programs and projects for the team to plan and execute in order for the teams to be successful.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their challenges, and partner with Product Managers and Engineering to develop road-map solutions.
