What You’ll Do:
- Plan, create, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scale campaigns smartly
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and industry-specific analytics platforms
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to create on-brand, high-converting ad creatives and copy
- Stay ahead of industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and paid ad best practices to keep the company campaigns fresh and competitive
- A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and placements to constantly improve results
- Handle retargeting campaigns and funnel optimization to convert leads into loyal traders
- Manage compliance and ensure ads meet platform policies and advertising regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience running paid social media campaigns, ideally in fintech, or finance sectors
- Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms and their tools (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze numbers and make quick, strategic decisions
- Familiarity with industry terms, market trends, and audience behavior
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills, with an eye for what converts
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to own the end-to-end ad process
- Bonus: Experience with programmatic ads, Google Ads, or influencer ad partnerships
