We are seeking compassionate and experienced Programme Facilitators to plan, implement, evaluate and lead engaging activities for seniors with dementia at our centre. As key members of our team, you will create meaningful experiences, foster connections, and enhance the well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate programmes for seniors with dementia
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet client needs
- Build relationships with clients, families, and staff
- Attend to seniors’ personal care needs including hygiene, positioning, transfers and ambulating of seniors
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
- Experience in dementia care or facilitation is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse groups
