Basic Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate and document the project administrative work
- Promptly and meticulously organize and follow up on documents deliverables
- Manage, keep record and update all submission document and liaise with internally project personnel
- Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from various vendors and subcontractors
- Attend project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting
- Manages, files and updates records including and not limited to catalogue, project documentation
- All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
Post-Secondary or recognized Certification in Related Field of studies
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Must be computer literate, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Auto-Cad
Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Able to work within challenging and fast paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
