Responsibilities:
- Support RFQ process by providing technical expertise and highlighting the product constraints for feasibility study.
- Liaise with customer on DFM process and design feasibility study.
- Sample submission, FAIR submission, and PPAP submission to customer based on the quality output feedback.
- Follow up for the Part Approval and distribute to internal team.
- Actively participate in production review meetings to support in trouble shootings of the production issues.
- Update and record the project related documents (eg. DFM file) Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Precision Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 2 year’s relevant experience in a Precision Engineering Company though not necessary.
- Experience in metal stamping, plastic injection moulding or die casting will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good planning & organization skills with ability to multitask.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
