1) Job Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to the project schedule and key milestones
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and standards
- Coordinate and liaise with authorities, client representatives, subcontractors, and consultants
- Support the Project Manager in daily site operations and management
- Assist in resolving site-related issues and making timely decisions
- Conduct site surveys and plan site activities
- Prepare and submit required documentation to relevant authorities and agencies
- Prepare and manage project cash flow and budgeting
2) Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering is an advantage)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
- Able to read and interpret site and CAD drawings
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Experience in construction or utilities is preferred
- Possession of own transport is an advantage
3) Salary
- Basic salary + transport allowance
