Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of works.
- Supervise site activities and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Prepare technical submissions, method statements, and progress reports.
- Monitor project schedule, costs, and materials.
- Review drawings, material submissions, and coordinate with M&E teams.
- Ensure compliance with authority requirements and building codes.
- Manage subcontractors across structural, architectural, and finishing works.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural/Building Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and safety compliance.
- Knowledge of local authority submissions advantageous.
