Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of works.
- Supervise site activities and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Prepare technical submissions, method statements, and progress reports.
- Monitor project schedule, costs, and materials.
- Oversee civil works such as piling, shoring, tunneling, or structural works.
- Resolve technical site issues in coordination with consultants and main contractors.
- Track material usage, site progress, and support claims/variation works.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural/Building Engineering or equivalent.
- 1–5 years’ relevant experience
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and safety compliance.
- Knowledge of local authority submissions advantageous.
