- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the design team for the preparation and approval of shop drawings prior to installation.
- Communicate design changes requested by clients/consultants and ensure timely documentation and submission to relevant stakeholders.
- Attend and document site, technical, and coordination meetings.
- Prepare and submit purchase requisitions, order forms, and engineering documentation for approval.
- Manage material deliveries, verify quantity and quality, and ensure secure on-site storage.
- Monitor material availability, including changes due to client requests, to prevent delays.
- Track project progress to ensure alignment with the planned schedule and budget.
- Supervise on-site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and relevant codes of practice.
- Enforce site safety requirements and proper use of tools and equipment by all personnel.
- Submit regular project progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required. Other ad hoc duties asssigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering or equivalent field experience. Prior experience in installation and supervision of equipment and systems will be a plus.
