Job Description
As a Project Engineer performing a pivotal role in orchestrating the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensure that projects are delivered within stipulated timelines, budgetary constraints, and uphold the highest standards of quality. The detailed scope is a follows but not limited to.
Project Planning & Coordination
- Schedule & program management
- Lead team leader in project execution, planning, and scheduling
- Coordinate and liaise with Maincon and Subcon
- Attend necessary meetings with Maincon/consultant
- Resolve site technical issues related to coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning
Site Supervision & Management
- Supervise and coordinate site work
- Monitor and request equipment and material delivery
- Carry out inspections with RTO/Consultant
- Update superior on site matters or changes
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare, revise, and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M
- Assist, prepare, and update the monthly site progress report
- Update site progress claims
- Prepare site safety & document submissions (RA, MOS, etc.)
- Assist in certification of Subcon progress claims
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Maintain good relationships with clients
- Coordinate with Maincon, Subcon, and consultants
Ad-Hoc & Additional Duties
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by a superior
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification :
Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in ACMV/M&E, OR
Degree in a relevant Engineering field with at least 1 year of working experience in ACMV/M&E. - Technical Skills :
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) is an added advantage. - Soft Skills :
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Confidence and assertiveness in decision-making and stakeholder communication.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
