At AngusKnight Singapore (AKG), we empower people through employment, health and education - enabling them to thrive in their communities. For this role, you will be working under the Health Services team, under the Healthy Workplace Ecosystem (HWE) programme.
Since the inception of the HWE Programme in 2017, Health Promotion Board (HPB) has been partnering with landlords and developers to bring healthier food options, complimentary exercise sessions, educational workshops and health screenings to workers and tenants.
As a HPB-appointed Project Manager from 2023, AKG has been actively marketing and implementing these programmes across various HWE sites and virtually in support of our national strategy of making health programmes accessible to more working adults.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist our project team in various tasks aimed at enhancing programme participation and ensuring successful on-site engagement activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in project management, data analysis, and participant engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manpower Engagement:
- Aid in planning and engaging with manpower providers.
- Support logistics coordination for all confirmed activation events.
- On-site Activation Support:
- Assist with site management during events, ensuring smooth operations and participant engagement.
- Communication:
- Help communicate with participants regarding upcoming activities, providing necessary information and reminders.
- Assist Site Managers in backend vendors coordination
- Data Maintenance and Quality Assurance:
- Support the team in data checking and validation tasks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Digital Platform Management:
- Collate, validate, and analyse data collected from various digital activities.
Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate or recent graduate pursuing a degree in a relevant field, e.g., Marketing, Events / Project Management, Data Analysis.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital platforms or tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
