Event and Operative Intern
Roles and Responsibilities
If you’re interested in a career in event operations, production and design, we’d love to discuss the opportunities we have available. Our team is expanding, and we currently have openings in event operations. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about organizing and coordinating events, excel in communication both verbally and in writing, and enjoy working with people. Previous experience in the events industry is a significant plus.
Event Planning and Coordination
- Oversee the set up of the event space and manage external vendors to ensure booths are set up according to floor plan.
- Maintain and regularly update the master event calendar.
Event Administration
- Manage attendee communication, and feedback collection.
- Provide administrative support for other events-related functions
- Assist with ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of participant data and attendance, to better inform post-event evaluations
Operational Support
- Assist in client management whenever necessary.
- Assist in ensuring smooth daily operations, including maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities
Manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
- Engage with job seekers to understand their employment needs & share the opening vacancies
