Minmed Group regularly conducts screening in corporate offices, schools and community settings. The Project Executive forms part of the Mobile Team engaged in provision of onsite screening including health screening, functional screening
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of part time screening assistants to ensure seamless execution of screening projects
- Liaise with client for project implementation including site recce and set up, publicity, logistics, client servicing and service recovery
- Coordinate internal resources and interface with third party vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Manage client and participant enquiries in an expedient manner
- Ensure project performance
- Assist in start to end tasks as required to ensure smooth site completion
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Experience in Healthcare/ Events/ Project management an advantage
- Possess strong communication skill and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams
- IT Savvy
