Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Management Officer to oversee and drive cross-functional projects with a focus on fund and asset management, talent development, and strategic operations. The ideal candidate will also serve as a business consultant to our clients in emerging sectors such as cryptocurrency and large language models (LLMs), and must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders stationed in China.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end project management across multiple domains.
- Support fund and asset management initiatives with strategic planning and execution.
- Incubate new business projects, from concept to implementation.
- Drive strategy development and operational improvements across departments.
- Provide expert business consulting on crypto and LLM-related initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and clients stationed in China.
- Monitor project KPIs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- 5 years of proven experience in project management, asset/fund management, or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of the crypto space and LLM technologies is preferred.
- Strategic thinker with solid analytical and execution skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse professionally with stakeholders stationed in China.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
