Job Overview
The Project Manager must possess the relevant skills, knowledge, and ability to execute works and services effectively, and ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Ability to develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ability to work with numerous contractors and sub-contractors in an efficient manner. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Day -to-day supervision and monitoring of sites progress.
- Coordinate and supervise works done by contractors and ensure their performance.
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
- Serving as a point of contact for teams and making effective decisions to resolve issues as well as manpower deployment.
Qualifications
- Possess Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management or Building Services Engineering and with at least three years of relevant working experience in the building services maintenance or construction industry
- Preferred with Certificate of Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.
- Possess Class 3 driving license.
