We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Digital Banking initiatives for a reputable local bank in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking channels, digital transformation, and project management methodologies.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital banking projects (e.g., mobile banking, internet banking, onboarding, payments).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, vendors, and technology teams to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and customer experience goals.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resources efficiently.
- Track milestones and produce regular project reports for senior management.
- Support testing, training, and go-live readiness activities.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices where applicable for faster and iterative delivery.
✅ Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Digital Banking or Channel projects.
- Strong domain knowledge of retail banking products and customer-facing channels.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management, especially across technology and business units.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
