- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in technical project management.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Autopilot.
- Solid understanding of MDM/MAM policies, device compliance, and mobile security.
- Familiarity with Azure AD, SCCM/ConfigMgr, and Office 365 environments.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, project tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
