Job Description & Requirements:
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals and progress.
- Attend site walks and meetings; resolve issues promptly with all stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, align with main contractor’s master schedule, and handle delays.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- Ensure Engineers and Supervisors follow the latest approved drawings.
- Oversee and manage all project drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and proper implementation.
- Handle contract documents like Extension of Time (EOT), Variation Orders (VO), and claims.
- Prepare and submit site progress claims; verify subcontractors’ claims for accuracy.
- Enforce safety rules and PPE requirements with site safety officers.
- Report to the Project Director and follow instructions for smooth project delivery.
- Maintain project records and provide regular progress and risk updates.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing plumbing & sanitary construction projects.
- Possessing a valid Plumber License is highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with PUB’s codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience with BIM Revit and Autodesk software is preferred.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license preferred.
