Fire Safety Manager certification is a must
Job Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day property management operations of commercial/retail properties.
- Coordinate and supervise tenants’ fit-out works to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Liaise with contractors, service vendors, and internal maintenance teams to ensure smooth running of building systems and services.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and assist the appointed Fire Safety Manager with related duties.
- Handle tenant enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor lease terms, support tenancy administration, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of common areas and facilities.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and procurement of maintenance contracts and property-related services.
- Support property marketing initiatives and leasing teams when required.
- Prepare management reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in property or facilities management
- Good knowledge of building operations and maintenance
- Strong communication and tenant service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus
- Fire Safety Manager certification is a must
