Responsibilities:
· Daily Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations for all company’s properties (Industrial, Residential, Commercial), ensuring smooth functioning.
· Maintenance: Support the maintenance of properties, including scheduling repairs and addressing issues.
· Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns, complaints, and inquiries. Handle handover and takovers
· Safety and Compliance: Promote safety, ensure compliance with building regulations and company policies, and conduct inspections.
· Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on property performance and financial summaries.
· Communication: Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with clients and service providers.
· Record Keeping: Update and maintain property management systems or databases.
· Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors on preventive measures and maintenance resolutions.
· Project Management: Manage projects assigned by Property Managers
Requirements:
· A Diploma/Degree holder in Building, Estate Management, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance
· Experience in performing simple jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on works
· Hands-on M&E experience
· Able to interpret electrical diagrams
· Familiar with BMSMA and related laws
· Manage fit-out / reinstatement / A&A works
· Team player, results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
· Possess good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
