Working Location: Near Kranji
Responsibilities:
- Work with Director of Finance & Strategy to define procurement strategy
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability
- Request and compare quotations; negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
- Issue and manage purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
- Track and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and resolve any issues
- Maintain supplier records and databases, including pricing, contracts, and performance
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Inventory) to understand purchasing needs
- Assist in managing inventory levels and supporting procurement planning
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of purchasing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields will be a plus.
- Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain (including internship experience) preferred, but not a requirement
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary :$2500-4000 (depends on working experience)
- Working Hours: 8.30AM-6.00PM (Monday to Friday)
- Transport provided from Kranji Mrt Station
- Lunch Provided
- 5 days work week
