Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Advisor to support quality assurance and control activities specific to the Foundations and Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Transport & Installation (T&I) package for the TPC 2 Offshore Wind Farm. The role requires technical oversight, inspections, and coordination to ensure quality compliance and continuous improvement in line with contractual and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on quality performance of the Foundations and WTG T&I contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and review of quality documentation (e.g., ITPs, NCRs, QA procedures).
- Support audits and surveillance activities during fabrication, load-out, and installation phases.
- Interface with contractors and Employer representatives to resolve quality issues.
- Track non-conformities and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Assist in compiling and maintaining quality records and as-built documentation.
- Support lessons learned and continuous improvement processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Technical degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or QA/QC.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in offshore wind or heavy industry.
- Knowledge of offshore T&I operations and fabrication QA practices.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and offshore standards.
- GWO certification or willingness to obtain.

- Full-time, project-based.
