Responsibilities:
- Ensure all food products are produced in compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Oversee the entire quality assurance processes
- Conduct regular internal audits for the organization, manage external inspections and liaise with regulatory agencies for annual audits
- Ad-hoc duties with production and operations on a daily basis, e.g. maintenance and pest control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with new R&D product projects
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the Food Manufacturing/Baking is required for this position
- Experience in Bakery, Food R&D, Frozen Dough and Pastries will be preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to communicate in English. Mandarin is also preferred in order to liaise with & Mandarin speaking associates from Export Markets
- Prior experience with FSSC Certification process will be preferred
