Job Description:
- Preparation of tender documents, and requests for quotations from different suppliers.
- Analyze and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all prices quoted are up-to-date and competitive.
- Ensure all the variation orders are dealt with as efficiently as possible and provide early and accurate cost advice.
- Preparation of tender documents, and requests for quotation from different suppliers.
- Monitored and kept track of project progress as well as for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work.
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progress payment, Variation's Orders (VO), valuing completed work, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims on time.
- Liaise with project team and project administration.
- Attending site-show round Attend tender interview and prepare tender questionnaire reply
Job Requirement:
- Education: Degree/ Diploma (Poly) in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in mechanical / electrical construction industry would be preferable.
- Professional certification as a Quantity Surveyor is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within the air conditioning or related industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good working attitude and responsible for work
