Responsibilities
- Support tender team with quantity measurement, BOQ preparation, contract and drawing review, and tender cost proposals. Attend relevant meetings.
- Support construction projects in estimation task
- Source and compare quotations and pricing
- Expect job rotation and experience of QS role in Estimation, Procurement and Project.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a QS role. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge in Cubicost TAS software will be an advantage
- Proficient in cost estimation and sourcing
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
