About the Company
Our Client are a reputable General Builder delivering high-quality construction projects across Singapore. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and submit cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents.
- Measure and value completed work; prepare progress claims and variation orders.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures.
- Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with project agreements.
- Prepare final accounts and close-out documentation.
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant QS experience in construction projects.
- Knowledge of BCA tender procedures and construction contracts.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with cost estimation software is an advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
