We are a Plumbing and Sanitary Company looking for a Quantity Surveyor (P&S).
Job Description:
- Responsible for the Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration.
- Source for quotations from suppliers/subcontractors, assist for evaluation and comparison for the received quotations.
- Produce quantity measurement within targeted timeline.
- Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and raise queries for clarifiations
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
Job Requirements
- Motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
- Attention to details.
- Proficient in MS Excel / Word.
- Have experience as QS in a M&E/P&S company.
- 5..5 days work week.
