What You’ll Be Doing

The Recruitment Advisor, APAC role has several main areas of responsibility, including:

    • Deliver across the full recruitment lifecycle – roll briefing, sourcing, shortlisting, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.
    • Ensure a high-touch, inclusive experience for every candidate and hiring manager ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
    • Maintain compliance and data integrity in our ATS (Workday) along with other platforms.
  • Proactive Sourcing and Talent Pipelining:
    • Use targeted sourcing strategies for challenging roles
    • Use a variety of channels – from LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, referrals to talent mapping and internal networks.
    • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines, bringing long-term thinking to every search.
  • Recruitment Strategy, Projects & Continuous Improvement:
    • Take accountability for data accuracy so we can monitor key metrics (time to fill, diversity representation, sourcing effectiveness).
    • Contribute to broader strategic goals including projects, technology enhancements, process optimisation so our team can implement improvements and raise the bar for efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years’ experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally in-house, RPO or agency.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume or strategic recruitment across diverse roles.
  • Exposure to Workday or other enterprise ATS, and familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Premium Talent Search.
  • Proven track record delivering sourcing strategies, using Boolean, mapping, pooling and digital tools (or a strong willingness to adopt and make use of such technologies).
  • A natural communicator with influencing and relationship management skills combined with a conversational and friendly approach to help when making cold calls and dealing with candidates sourced directly.
  • A team player with service delivery focus and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task to a consistently high standard with prioritisation and attention to detail.
