Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and provide recommendations to clients
- Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and maintain proper documentation
- Meet and exceed individual and team placement targets
Requirements
- CEI (Basic) certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM guidelines is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
