Job Description & Requirements
1. Liaise with our customers on their Caregiving and Domestic care needs and requirements.
2. Source for the suitable Caregivers/Domestic Helpers Via our database/Suppliers for our customers based on
their needs and requirements.
3. Preparing all necessary documentations for the placements and/or handover applications
4. Provide regular after-service Support to our customers to ensure that their caregivers/Domestic helpers are
coping well and meet their requirements.
5. Work with our team to drive key initiatives in improving overall experience to our customers.
6. Other Ad hoc administrative and projects as required.
Job Requirements:
1. Passion in providing Care services to customers
2. Patient and possess strong communication skills
3. Able to work independently and also a great team player.
3. Able to multi task and work well in a fast paced environment.
4. Proficient in Microsoft words/Excel/Outlooks
5. Possess CEI (certificate of Employment Intermediaries).
6. Able to start in short notice.
Other Details:
1. 5 days week. If Weekends is required, it will be replaced with one weekday off
2. Salary: $2500 - $4000 (Depend on Experience).
