We are looking for a proactive and personable Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Review and shortlist applications based on role requirements
- Conduct screenings to evaluate candidate fit
- Schedule, coordinate, and participate in interviews
- Communicate professionally with candidates at every stage of the hiring process
- Provide timely updates and feedback to applicants
- Manage job offers and prepare employment contracts
Requirements & Skills
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software/tools
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing or employer branding is a plus
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree from a local institution

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
