JOB OVERVIEW:
This role plays a critical role in shaping and executing strategic projects related to Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Insights, and Commercial Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the commercial excellence roadmap across Southeast Asia, aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions.
- Develop and manage metrics and reporting frameworks to assess sales team productivity and return on investment, delivering data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
- Conduct market research and quantitative analysis to deliver reliable forecasts, monitor trends, and uncover new business opportunities in the MedTech space.
- Design, administer, and analyze incentive compensation schemes to drive performance, specifically for the Singapore commercial team.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports to support commercial decision-making through real-time and historical performance insights.
- Lead cross-functional engagements with sales, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders to drive alignment on commercial priorities and project implementation.
- Track competitor movements, pricing strategies, and product launches to provide strategic recommendations for market positioning.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across commercial systems and workflows to ensure scalability and sustainability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Excellence, Analytics, or Strategy roles with a strong quantitative orientation.
- Solid understanding of Southeast Asian healthcare or MedTech market dynamics is advantageous.
- Proven expertise in sales operations, forecasting, and incentive modeling.
- Advanced skills in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with demonstrated success managing cross-market projects in a matrixed environment.
- Consulting experience is a plus
