At ESET, our Regional Key Accounts Manager leads the High Touch & Sales Engineering team to generate and win largest opportunities in new and renewal business, engaging and building relationships directly with end-user to maximize revenue expansion within a 100% channel focused approach.The incumbent will lead the sales engineering team to demonstrate and convey the value and benefits of our solutions to the customer during opportunity sales cycle and demonstrations to resellers.

What you will do:
Lead, Coach & Develop High-Performing Teams
Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day coaching to the High Touch Sales and Sales Engineering teams across the region.
Foster a consultative and customer-centric approach to identify client pain points and position ESET solutions effectively.
Instil discipline in account planning, pipeline development, and high-value opportunity pursuit to consistently meet or exceed team targets.
Champion a collaborative, cross-functional team culture between sales, technical presales, marketing and channel managers.
Drive Strategic Customer Engagement Across Sales Lifecycle
Manage high-impact interactions across the customer lifecycle—including sales, presales, and solution consulting—to maximize win rates and renewals.
Ensure seamless collaboration between internal resources and partners to deliver tailored, value-driven propositions to end-customers.
Represent ESET at customer meetings, strategic briefings, and executive engagements to build trust and thought leadership.
Identify & Execute Strategic Business Development Activities
Build and execute targeted strategies to generate net new business, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and customer expansion.
Align with marketing to ensure effective follow-up on qualified leads, maximize event ROI, and engage with digital campaigns.
Guide the team in developing account plans for top strategic accounts, driving measurable progress against revenue goals.
Track and measure the effectiveness of different GTM and sales engineering activities to improve future execution and success rates.
Requirements
8–12 years of experience in enterprise or strategic account management in the IT or cybersecurity sector.
Proven leadership experience managing high-performing sales and technical presales teams across multiple countries.
Strong understanding of channel-focused sales models, preferably in software or cybersecurity.
Demonstrated success in complex solution selling, C-level engagement, and closing large-scale figure deals.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-informed decisions.
This role is critical in bridging business development, technical sales, and partner enablement, ensuring that our customers see the full value of ESET solutions while our resellers are empowered to scale this value effectively.
