Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market visits, research, and adopting new technologies to strengthen our business.
- Coordinating with HQ for strategic and operational implementation.
- Training, evaluating, and maintaining the skillsets of regional engineers in equipment operations, RIP software, Adobe tools, color management, and spectrophotometry.
- Ensuring engineers are up to date with new models, software revisions, and process improvements.
- Collaborating with Product Management and Sales Teams to support the customer sales cycle, including sample preparation and pre-installation requirements.
- Supporting marketing activities such as sample production, demonstrations, and participation in trade shows.
- Building and maintaining a network of third-party vendors and equipment providers to meet customer needs.
- Overseeing showroom operations, evaluations, and smooth execution of demonstrations.
Requirements
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience with RIP software; basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and computer networking.
- Knowledge of color management preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology, Printing, or related field.
- Prior experience in the printing industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel for training, troubleshooting, and events.
