- Partner with global and regional account teams to lead or support tender submissions for key clients.
- Review and analyze tender requirements, coordinating with APAC offices to gather accurate and timely data.
- Collaborate with local offices and centralized procurement teams to prepare competitive, high-quality proposals.
- Develop project plans to oversee pricing analysis, internal reviews, and adherence to global tender protocols.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated within reporting and document management systems.
- Contribute to cross-regional meetings by sharing insights and best practices on tender management.
- Address tender-related issues by implementing corrective actions to improve performance.
- Support additional assignments and participate in related projects as required.
