Responsibilities
- Selling Keysight portfolio of new and/or renewal service and maintenance agreements for the entire portfolio of Keysight hardware and software products.
- Sale of first year conversions (renewals), asset (hardware/software) maintenance agreements and upselling Keysight services to the entire customer organization, from technicians to executives.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to our customers, influencing long-term strategic direction, whilst building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure the timely and effective renewal of existing customers agreements and developing healthy pipeline funnels.
- Navigating complex selling processes; the candidate proactively leads customers through the sales process to close opportunities. This includes exploring, understanding, and scoping complex customer requirements on a business level to engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base.
- Develop outstanding service account plans that address business needs and in process, develop strong funnel and pipeline opportunities from existing and new accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
Typically 3-4 years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires general proficiency with MS tools, CRM systems and procedures to accomplish job

Effective at face-to-face and remote selling if necessary (phone, email, web chat) in a timely manner.
Goal and results oriented - strong bias for action and will aggressively pursue opportunities while navigating external and internal obstacles.
Team player - leverage the right resources at the right time and proactively engage management, sales teams, and internal divisional stakeholders, where necessary to ensure forward momentum
