RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
- Conducting research on talent assessment and acquisition.
- Publishing in scholarly and reputable journals.
- Developing and analyzing results from surveys and experiments.
- Overseeing data collections.
- Creating reports and summaries.
- Postdoc research fellow will be able to work on research projects of his/her interest.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- PhD completed on the starting date (candidates who have completed and submitted their dissertation may also be considered) in industrial/organizational psychology, or closely related fields such as HR Management, Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, Industrial Labor Relations or Applied Economics.
- Strong research capability as evidenced by good publication records.
- Prior research experience in HRM (selection assessment, and recruitment) is an advantage.
- Expertise in research methods (including but not limited to field survey-based research design, laboratory experiments).
- Competence in advanced quantitative data analysis (e.g SPSS, R, Mplus).
- High levels of conscientiousness, strong communication, and analytic skills.
- Fluency in English.
