Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, issuance, and evaluation of RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
- Conduct costing analysis and recommend proposed pricings
- Coordinate with user departments to consolidate procurement requirements and specifications..
- Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions, bid openings, and documentation.
- Prepare, review, and administer service contracts, including tracking expiry dates, renewals, and performance KPIs..
- Ensure all procurement and contract processes adhere to internal policies and legal requirements
Requirements
- Min Diploma, an or bachelor’s degree in quantity Survey, FM, Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- 3 – 5 Years of experience in handling IFM/FM Contracts, Tendering and Contracts administration.
- Eloquent and confident while carrying out presentation
- Preferred good writing skill
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Extrovert and keen in meeting new people
