Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect architectural works on-site.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and other disciplines (C&S, M&E).
- Maintain site records and report any discrepancies or defects.
- Attend site and coordination meetings.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Registered RTO with IES/ACES.
- At least 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in Singapore.
- Good knowledge of architectural details and local codes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
