Job Summary:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen
- Supervise and schedule staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Enforce hygiene, health and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant budgets, including labor and food costs
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain quality control of food, service and ambiance
- Prepare regular reports on sales, staff, and operational performance Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and external partners
Requirements:
- Experience 1–3 years as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and health regulations
- Ability to work shift work including evenings, weekends and holidays Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required
