Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
Ensure smooth service flow and manage guest satisfaction

Train, and schedule staff (servers, cooks,)
Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action when necessary
Foster a positive and productive work environment - Customer Service
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Ensure excellent service standards and guest experience
Monitor online reviews and implement feedback where applicable
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Familiarity with POS systems and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
