Job Summary:
You will be responsible for greeting, preparing and serving food and beverages, delivering excellent customer service. You will also maintain a clean, organized restaurant and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal regulations at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders and provide recommendations based on preferences
- Process customer orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Knowledgeable of food and beverages menus, promote ongoing menu offerings
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work environment
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcoholic and non-alcoholic supplies Perform and support daily restaurant operations
Requirements
