Retail Assistant
Salary : $2,100 - $2,500
Working hour : 44 Hours Friday to Tuesday
Location : Orchard
Work description:
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers with product recommendations
- Operate the POS system and manage daily cash handling duties
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor and replenish stock, receive inventory deliveries
- Support the online store by packing and fulfilling customer orders
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Friendly, cheerful, and customer-oriented personality
- Enjoys interacting with children and their parents
- Able to work independently, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with retail operations preferred
- Comfortable using social media platforms (optional but advantageous)
- Able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
